Q3 updates for Orchestly- what's happening, what's next?

This quarter has been quite productive for Orchestly with the release of major features. Meanwhile, we’ve been working on a list of brand-new updates for the next quarter too. Here is a rundown of our recent and upcoming updates:

Parallel Transitions
Our workflow builder— Blueprint, has been upgraded to support multiple, simultaneous transitions between stages, called parallel transitions. Parallel transitions are useful when more than one task (read transition) needs to be performed for a job to progress to its next step.  Learn to set up parallel transitions in Orchestly.

SLA
SLA in Orchestly allows users to set deadlines for stages and trigger escalations when the set deadlines are not met. Setting up SLAs in organizations will accord employees with a sense of responsibility, ensuring timely delivery of work items. Using Orchestly, we can configure reminders in advance to notify deadlines, set day-of reminders to prioritize everyday tasks, and send escalation emails when the deadlines have elapsed.  Learn more about SLAs in Orchestly.

Date and Time settings
Our customers operate in different time zones.  Date and Time Settings helps configure individual time preference of each organization.  Learn to set up the date and time format for your organization.

Coming up next
  • We’re working to support Conditional Fields in Layouts. On adding a conditional field to the layout, various actions like hiding a section, adding a section, or hiding a field can be configured based on the set condition.
  • You will soon be able to  Schedule Actions  based on time, to be triggered after a transition takes place in the Blueprint.
  • Importing Jobs from XLS, XLSX, or CSV files is under development.
  • We’re also working on a new Kanban View for listing Jobs in Orchestly.

You can keep a track of our monthly updates in our  What's new page. If you have any questions or suggestions feel free to bring it up in  Orchestly's community

Happy Orchestrating!
