Tip #41: Public Forms in Qntrl

The most requested feature of our last quarter was to allow external users to fill forms in Qntrl. This way, organizations can engage different external users to fill the form and reduce the number of user licenses purchased.

Addressing this query, we are happy to announce that Public Forms is live now!

Public Forms are digital forms that can be filled by anyone on the web. It can be used to collect responses from your audience as surveys, questionnaires, or polls. For a respondent to fill out public forms, they need not be a registered user in Qntrl.

Every public form created in Qntrl will have a unique public URL which can be shared with the external audience.

Public Forms are created in association with Orchestrations, allowing you to reuse the fields created in the Orchestration. The responses submitted in public forms are collected as cards in your orchestration which can later be processed from Qntrl.

You can customize almost everything from theme background, button colors, and company logo, to user acknowledgements, and messages in the public form.

Check out Public Forms today and start collecting responses for your organization. In case of any queries or suggestions, please leave a comment below or email us at support@qntrl.com .
