Data Backup

A complete backup of your organization’s data can be obtained using Data Backup. This helps you maintain a personal copy of the organization’s information.  

Access Privilege
Data Backup can be initiated only by the Organization Owner. 

To take a backup of your data: 
  1. Navigate to   and select  Data Backup under Organizations.
  2. Click  Export Now. 
  3. Provide your confirmation to protect the file with a password. 
  4. Enter the password. 

A scheduler will be triggered once the data backup request is received, and might take a few minutes to complete.   



  • Once the process is accomplished, an email will be sent along with a link to download the exported data as a ZIP file.
  • The ZIP file will contain module specific information as .csv files.
  • Note that the layout or blueprint's structure will not be available in the backed up files.
  • This link will expire after 7 days and the exported ZIP file gets deleted.
