Data Backup
A complete backup of your organization’s data can be obtained using Data Backup. This helps you maintain a personal copy of the organization’s information.
Access Privilege
Data Backup can be initiated only by the Organization Owner.
To take a backup of your data:

Navigate to
and select Data Backup under Organizations.

Click
Export
Now.

Provide your confirmation to protect the file with a password.

Enter the password.
A scheduler will be triggered once the data backup request is received, and might take a few minutes to complete.

Once the process is accomplished, an email will be sent along with a link to download the exported data as a ZIP file.

The ZIP file will contain module specific information as .csv files.

Note that the layout or blueprint's structure will not be available in the backed up files.

This link will expire after 7 days and the exported ZIP file gets deleted.
