How to install Export Field Details

1. Navigate to   and select Marketplace under Extensions from the menu.
   
2. Under All Apps  tab, select the Export Field Details extension.
   
3. Click Install.
   
4. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and confirm the installation by ticking the boxes.
   
5. Click Install.
6. Under the General tab, choose your custom preferences for the extension and click Install.
   
1. Application Name: Enter a preferred name for the extension.
   
2. Visibility:
   
1. Users: Select the users who can access this extension.
   
2. Forms: Select the forms for which this extension must be configured.
7. Under the Connection tab, click Authorize to allow Qntrl to fetch field details of the card.  
   

How to export field details from Cards

1. Navigate to Boards and select a board from the left panel.
2. Select a card from the list to export its details.
   
3. Click  at the top-right corner of the card details page.
   
4. Select Export Field Details from the dropdown.
   
5. In Field List, choose the fields that need to be exported.
   
6. In Export Type, choose the format of the exported file.
   
7. If you want to include field names for corresponding field values, click Yes. Otherwise, only the field values will be exported. 
   
8. Click Export.
   

Note: 

1. Description, file, and comment fields cannot be exported.
   
2. Encrypted fields and masked fields cannot be exported. 
   
3. To ensure correct grouping of data in your file, check the delimiter settings.
   
4. Attachments cannot be exported using this extension.
