Files

Files and Folders act as a central repository to keep your organization's paperwork organized. Every time a card gets executed, it accumulates attachments or files that support it. Storing these files in a central, easy to retrieve location provides better access and greater visibility.

The default folder ‘Boards' has a dedicated folder maintained for each board, to store and access all attachments and files uploaded to each board's cards. This way, all the files related to a board can be viewed at once.

'My Folders' allows you to create or upload your own folders and add files to them.

Access Permissions

Users with the ‘Manage Files’ permission enabled in their profile will be able to access Files and Folders.
