Users can share files from their Google account using the Google Drive extension.

How to install Google Drive

To install Google Drive:

  1. Navigate to  and select Marketplace under Extensions from the menu..
  2. Under All Apps tab,  select the Google Drive extension.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and confirm the installation by ticking the boxes.
  5. Click Install.
  6. Under the General tab, choose your custom preferences for the extension and click the Install button.
    1. Application Name: Enter a preferred name for the extension.
    2. Visibility:
      1. Users: Select the users who can access this extension.
      2. Forms: Select the forms for which this extension must be configured.
  7. Under the Connection tab, click the Authorize button to authenticate your Google account.   

If you have already authorized your Google account, you can reuse it. 

Implementing Google Drive in Qntrl

While attaching files to a card, click the Other cloud services  tab. Choose Google Drive from the left panel. You can find all your cloud files listed for preview. Choose one or more files to attach to the card.
