Users who raise requests in a
board
can stay informed about the progress of their requests from the
My Requests
module. Organization users who are not a part of the
board
can create cards as requests in the
board
. Only users within an Organization will be able to view their requests from this module.
For instance, Zylker a software company, has multiple departments to run their business. The IT department takes care of the asset requests raised by the organization users. The organization users can raise new requests and view their ongoing and completed requests from the
My Requests
module.
My Requests module will be visible only to Organization users and Lite users added to the organization.
Allow Organization users to create requests
Board admin can allow users not a part of the board to create requests in the board.

Navigate to
Boards
in the left panel.

Choose the respective board and click more options

Choose
Manage Requester
from the pop-up.

Click
Configure
beside
Allow external users to create requests
.

Publish the
Organization Users
service.
Organization Users: Users who are not a part of the board but are a part of the organization can create cards. You can allow any organization user to create cards by enabling '
All organization users
' or allow only specific users to create cards by enabling '
Specific organization user'
.
Users who are already a part of the board can create cards and not requests in it.
How organization users can create requests

Navigate to
Requests
in the left panel.

Click
New Request
.

Select the service (board) for which you want to create a new request.

Fill in the required fields in the form.

Click
Save
.
Where can organization users view their cards
The
My Requests
module is visible to all users. However, the service (boards) will only be visible to the users when they are enabled in a published service.
External requestors can update the cards based on the permissions provided to them.
Views
You can customize and view the requests based on your requirement in
My Requests
. To switch views,

Click the drop-down arrow beside the view name at the top panel.

Choose the respective view. The following views are supported:

Open Cards by Timeline: This view will list all the open cards based on the time at which the cards were created.

Open Cards by Service: This view will list all the open cards based on the board.

All Requests: This view will list all the requests raised by the requester.
Cards will be listed based on the view selected.
Sort Cards
You can choose ascending or descending order based on which the cards can be sorted within the view. Click
to sort the cards within the selected view.
Created on
To sort cards based on the created time, click the drop-down beside the sort criteria and select
Created on
.
Due on
To sort cards based on the due date, click the drop-down beside the sort criteria and select
Due on
.
Updated on
To sort cards based on the date/ time at which the cards were updated, click the drop-down beside the sort criteria and select
Updated on
.
Unpublish the enabled service (Organization users)

Navigate to the respective board under
My Boards
.

and choose
Manage Requester
from the pop-up.

Edit
beside
Allow external users to create request

Unpublish Service

Organization Users

A success message will appear on screen to confirm your action.
