Zoho Analytics in Qntrl

Zoho Analytics is a business intelligence platform that structures data into insightful reports and dashboards. It assists you with analyzing organizational data to generate visual graphs, making inferences, and discovering hidden insights to empower businesses.
 
By integrating Qntrl with Zoho Analytics, you can generate customized reports for your teams, monitor work progress, and view a comprehensive analysis in dashboards. Using data from different modules and fields in Qntrl, you can generate contextual reports that can be used to gain large-scale insights such as the entire organization’s yearly performance or to track small-scale operations such as the employee performance on individual cards.
 
Integrating Qntrl with Zoho Analytics opens up unlimited possibilities for businesses to unleash the potential of their data collected using Qntrl.

Only the organization administrator will be able to view, configure, and access this integration.

Configure Zoho Analytics Integration in Qntrl

  1. Navigate to  and select Integrations in the left panel.
  2. Click Configure next to Zoho Analytics.
  3. Click Configure Now.
  4. A list of all the organizations associated to the user in Zoho Analytics will be listed. Select the required Organization Name and the corresponding Workspace Name.
    1. If you do not have an account in Zoho Analytics, a new organization and workspace will be created for you and listed here.

  5. Click Proceed.
    1. An organization in Qntrl can be integrated with Zoho Analytics only once. If you encounter a related error here, please try mapping a different Zoho Analytics organization.
  6. Under Configure Entities, select a Module to populate relevant Field data.
    1. All modules except boards and stage history are selected by default.
    2. Boards associated to the organization administrator are only listed in the modules section.
    3. API lookup, DB lookup, notes, PII fields, and encrypted fields are not supported in this integration.
    4. StageHistory indicates all the stages and its details a card has moved through.
    5. User Map indicates the list of users mapped to a team, role, or profile.
    6. Data of the selected modules and fields will be shared with Zoho Analytics to generate reports.

  7. Set the frequency and time to start the automatic data synchronization between Qntrl and Zoho Analytics.
  8. Click Configure.
Once the data synchronization is complete, the integration is ready to use.

Last Sync Status

You can view the status of the synchronization here. There are a total of 5 statuses.
  1. Initial Fetch In-progress: Synchronization is in progress.
  2. Data Sync Successful: Synchronization is complete.
  3. Initial Fetch Failed: Synchronization has failed. If this occurs, you can re-configure the integration.
  4. Sync In-progress: Scheduled synchronization is in progress.
  5. Last Sync Failed: The previous synchronization scheduled had failed. If this occurs, you can either wait till the next scheduled synchronization or perform the synchronization manually by clicking the Sync Now button in the Integration Details page. This manual operation can only be done five times between the synchronized schedules. 

 

Delete Zoho Analytics Integration

Configured integrations that are no longer in use can be deleted.
  1. Navigate to   and select Integrations in the left panel.
  2. Click Configure next to Zoho Analytics integration.
  3. Click   at the top band.
  4. Confirm your action.

 
Notes
  1. All the generated reports and dashboards will be deleted from Qntrl and Zoho Analytics.
  1. No data will be retained in the Zoho Analytics workspace.

View Zoho Analytics Dashboard in Qntrl Reports

Dashboards from Zoho Analytics can be viewed in Qntrl's Reports to have quick insights into the key metrics.
  1. Navigate to Reports in the left panel.
  2. Select Zoho Analytics under Default Reports. Your Dashboard from Zoho Analytics will be displayed here.
  3. To edit the report, click the edit icon at the top-right corner.
    1. You will be redirected to Zoho Analytics to perform the updates.


Edit this integration from Zoho Analytics

Once the integration is configured in Qntrl, the same setup will reflect in Zoho Analytics too. If you'd like to view the configurations or update them from Zoho Analytics,
  1. Log in to your Zoho Analytics account.
  2. Select the Organization and Workspace integrated with Qntrl.
  3. Select Data Sources from the left panel.
  4. Choose Qntrl.
