My Work

Early Access

This feature is not enabled for all users. If you'd like to try it out, please email our support team for early access.

All cards that require your action are collated and listed under My Work. It provides a personalized view of all cards that you need to work on, serving as a central repository with improved access.

Cards listed in My Work include:

1. Cards assigned to the user
   
2. Cards assigned to the user’s teams or roles
   
3. Card transitions for which the user is the owner
   
4. External transitions
   
5. Other cards in which the user can perform actions
   

 

There are 5 default views supported in My Work.

1. All cards: All cards requiring your action
   
2. Overdue cards: Cards that are overdue by SLA
   
3. Delayed: Cards in which the ‘Due in’ date has passed 
   
4. Due today: Cards due today
   
5. Due this week: Cards due this week
   

 

How to perform a card

1. Navigate to My Work in the left panel.
   
2. You can either click to open a card and then perform the transition or click on the transition button right from the card tile.
   
3. Fill in the transitions fields, if any.
   
4. Confirm your action.
   

 Once your action is complete, if the card no longer requires further action from you, it will be moved out of your pile.

 

Filters in My Work

You can apply filters to refine the cards listed in My Work.

1. Navigate to My Work.
   
2. Click Filter at the top-right corner.
   
3. Select categories to filter the cards.
   
4. Click Apply Filter.
   

Cards matching the filter categories will be listed.
