Qntrl also empowers employees to take charge of their team’s activities and address tasks efficiently. This, in turn, improves business activities for better productivity and transparency in the organization.

Before diving in to automating with Qntrl, let us get to know the terminologies used in Qntrl.

Board  : The end-to-end workflow automated using Qntrl
Form : A layout to collect details of the workflow
Blueprint : A canvas to design the steps involved in the workflow
Card : A request raised to perform the workflow

Qntrl’s Boards are a three-step wizard, using which your organization's entire workflow can be automated in one go. We can design forms to collect user inputs required to run the workflow and visually design the entire workflow as a blueprint using the data collected in forms. Blueprint’s high-end canvas allows you to set up automation options like SLAs, webhooks, custom functions, connected cards, and much more.

Plan your approach using Forms

Forms help you channel all the data about a particular workflow in a single place. Design your form in Qntrl by adding different field types to procure data and set validations to the data entered. Forms also support sections, tables ( line items ), lookup fields , and relation fields .

Design your workflow using Blueprint

Blueprint   helps you decide the flow of your process. You can design a flowchart, pipelining individual stages and transitions that build a path to reach these stages. This helps even new members of the team adapt to processes quickly.

Blueprint supports a bunch of automation options that can be configured before, during, and after each transition. It also supports SLAs at each stage.

Review the board

Reviewing the board allows you to validate new blueprints and publish the board.

Create new tasks using Cards

When a user wants to start a workflow or initiate a task, they can create cards . Qntrl also lets external users to create cards as requests. Each card is assigned to a user in Qntrl who is responsible for the progress. The progress of a card can be monitored at any point of time in Qntrl.

Visualize your progress using Reports

Reports   help you gain insights on your organization's progress. We provide you with a set of default reports but you can also design your own custom ones.

Default reports can be used to:
  1. View the number of cards through each transition for that day
  2. Track cards assigned to individual users in the organization
  3. View the span of every stage in the card
  4. View the number of cards through particular stages before their closure

Whether a brief outline or an intricate procedure, Qntrl helps you run all your processes with ease.
