Navigate to and select Users under User Management. Learn more about users.
Mouse over the user name to view .
Click the icon and select Edit.
Modify the user details and click Save.
Details of the organization owner cannot be edited.
Deactivate user
Once a user is deactivated, they will not be able to access the Qntrl organization. However, upon reactivation, their access will be restored. You can always reactivate the user using edit options.
Navigate to and select Users under User Management.
Select Current Users or Unconfirmed Users from the dropdown.
Mouse over the user name to view .
Click the icon and select Edit.
Click Deactivate.
Active and unconfirmed users can be deactivated.
Delete user
Deleting a user is an irreversible action. Once the user is deleted, all their permissions to access Qntrl will be revoked. Instead of deleting a user, you can choose to replace them with another user too.
Navigate to and select Users under User Management.
Select Current Users, Deactivated Users or Unconfirmed Users from the dropdown.
Mouse over the user name to view .
Click the icon and select Delete.
You will be provided with an option to replace the deleted user. If you choose to replace the user, click 'Yes, replace user'. Learn more about user replacement.
Else, click 'No, delete user'.
Current, deactivated, and unconfirmed users can be deleted.
Organization owner cannot be deleted.
Reactivate user
Deactivated users listed under the deactivated user column, can be reactivated.
Navigate to and select Users under User Management.
Select Deactivated Users from the dropdown.
Mouse over the user name to view .
Click the icon and select Edit.
Click Reactivate.
Deactivated users can be reactivated.
Re-invite user
Users who have not accepted the invitation to join your Qntrl organization, can be re-invited. All these users are listed under Unconfirmed users.
Navigate to and select Users under User Management.
Select Current Users or Unconfirmed Users from the dropdown.
Mouse over the user name to view .
Click the icon and select Edit.
Click Re-invite.
Users under the current and unconfirmed user lists can be re-invited.
