Route Back Cards to Previous Stages
All organizations encounter instances where a card is halfway through a process when a major update takes place, requiring the card to be re-done all over again. In such instances, instead of creating a new card and abandoning the existing one, we’ve provided a unique solution to re-work on the existing card by moving it back to any desired stage.
Route Back allows users to backtrack a card to one of its previous stages and restart the blueprint execution. Route Back offers a default configuration rule that allows routing between all stages. Custom rules can also be created to override the default rules, where you can choose the stages between which the cards can route.
