Introduction to Qntrl AI Hub
While Qntrl’s workflow automation helps organizations automate recurring everyday processes, Qntrl AI Hub incorporates artificial intelligence into workflows to facilitate a sophisticated workflow management experience. AI in workflow management helps you optimize your workflows by seamlessly executing prompts and automating operations.
Qntrl AI Hub can automatically create field suggestions in boards, generate code while working with scripts, translate pages into native languages, and also parse data from files and auto-fill them in fields.
Initially, to set up Qntrl AI hub in your Qntrl organization, you have to choose from AI tools like Zia and OpenAI. This helps Qntrl integrate with the chosen tool and employ the AI-powered features in your organization.
Here’s the list of operations supported by Qntrl AI Hub:
- AI suggested fields
Fields are a significant part of Boards. AI assists you create these fields by providing a list of field suggestions derived from the board description.
- AI code assistant
Client and Server scripts in Qntrl allows users to write their own scripts using programming languages. However, with Qntrl AI, you can employ AI in coding these scripts. AI code assistant receives your inputs and generates the code for you. You can simply copy this code and execute it to obtain the end results.
- Smart Parse
Smart Parse is an advanced field that allows data to be extracted from files like text editors, spreadsheets, or PDF files, and fills them directly into form fields without the need for manual intervention. This helps organizations automate data population from files to workflows efficiently.
- Language Detection and Language Translation
Language translation allows you to work with Qntrl in the language of your choice. Dynamic translation powered by ZIA, Zoho’s AI assistant, allows AI to translate Qntrl’s interface to offer a personalized and localized experience.
Qntrl also offers a native translation, supporting over 70 plus languages, where you can opt for static (Qntrl specific keys) and dynamic (user-defined keys) translation options.
