Setting up Qntrl AI Hub

How to set up Qntrl AI Hub

  1. Navigate to Settings and select Qntrl AI Hub in the left panel.
  2. Navigate to the AI tools tab to configure the tools you want to use in Qntrl. We support:
    1. Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant, which is enabled by default for all Qntrl users.
    2. OpenAI’s conversational AI assistant, GPT model, which can be configured for Qntrl. 

  3. Navigate to the AI-powered features tab to view all our supported features:
    1. AI suggested fields
    2. AI code assistant
    3. Smart Parse
    4. Language detection
    5. Language translation 


Each feature is mapped to an AI tool which can be updated here, provided the AI tool is already configured. The features can be enabled or disabled too.

How to configure Zia in Qntrl  

Zia is Zoho’s AI assistant built with an in-house tech stack, offering broad application portfolios. With Zia configured in Qntrl, you can streamline workflow building, automate file reading, generate code for complex queries, and simple enhance your productivity across business operations.
 
Zia is automatically configured in all Qntrl accounts by default and cannot be disabled.
 

How to configure OpenAI in Qntrl 

OpenAI’s GPT model is a conversational assistant that is trained to follow instructions in a prompt and provide detailed response. Configuring OpenAI in Qntrl allows users generate fields in workflow, automate code creation and refinement, and argument overall business performance.
 
To configure OpenA in Qntrl:
  1. Navigate to Settings and select Qntrl AI Hub in the left panel.
  2. Switch to the AI tools tab.
  3. Click Configure in OpenAI.
  4. Ensure to read the ‘Data sharing and privacy’ notice and OpenAI’s terms of use.
  5. Click Proceed.
  6. Enter your Organization ID and API key.
  7. Click Save.
 
Once the configuration is successful, OpenAI is ready to be used in Qntrl. You can edit OpenAI configurations by clicking Edit Configuration.
